We were approached to develop and recruit a large test team for an Global engineering company working on a digital transformation project for a mission critical system.  The search and selection was completed after a detailed review of the project and resourcing schedule.

The team was installed (Headcount of 9) within three weeks of accepting the initial brief.  The project lasted 18 months with the successful completion, on time and within budget and was finalised with the transitioning of our project manager into a permanent position with the end client.  


Leysen was approached to build a team of 7 for a task based project within our government contractor client.  This entailed building the bid project and final presentations before a successful recruitment process.  

The team was built for this 3 year project and is managed internally with regular on site meetings with the Programme Director.  The hiring required us to access our extensive network of security cleared technologists.

When a long established friend of Leysen, leading a Big Four Consultancy’s business in the Caribbean, won a 4 year pan-Government Process and Performance Change Programme, the need was immediately identified to recruit low cost/ high value off and on-island IT and Business Change resources to enrich their existing local capabilities. They headed straight to London, and straight to Leysen, and experienced considerable support and success in achieving their objectives


Leysen was asked by a major global business travel client to source a Global Transformation Programme Manager for a game-changing IT and Business Change e-Commerce Digital TOM Transformation - the largest and most complex ever undertaken in the travel industry - and ultimately deployed successfully across 14 countries.  After its full and successful roll-out, our consultant was ultimately described by our client as “perfect”.
