Manage testing teams
You may have a particular project which requires not only good practical experience of testing but the managerial attributes necessary to drive the testing process through. Being last in line to implementation the testing phase often has to be undertaken to tight deadlines, sometimes with immovable end dates. Leysen can provide Test Managers to enable you to meet your target dates.

Supplement existing testing staff
A common requirement received by Leysen is to supplement existing testing teams, to fill the gaps of testing expertise that are not present in-house. This is particularly useful when testing is at its peak and there is no plan to increase permanent head-count. To have a mix of permanent and contract staff is also useful to ensure that target dates are met by the application of numbers to the effort required, leaving a retention of knowledge with the company employees.
